People's Choice KiwiSaver Award

The inaugural Workplace Savings NZ Peoples Choice KiwiSaver Communications Award, as voted by the KiwiSaving public, has beem awarded to:

Forsyth Barr KiwiSaver Scheme

The Award was presented to representatives of Forsyth Barr at our Communication Awards Ceremony held 3rd December 2009, at the Auckland Club.  

The top four KiwiSaver Schemes in the running for this Award were (in alphabetical order):

• Fisher Funds KiwiSaver Scheme
• Forsyth Barr KiwiSaver Scheme
• Gareth Morgan KiwiSaver Scheme
• SuperLife KiwiSaver Scheme

The Peoples Choice KiwiSaver Communications Award has been incorporated into our 2009 Communication Awards programme.  This is the first year this Award has been presented.

The Peoples Choice KiwiSaver Poll was open to the public on Monday 9 November, voting closed at midnight 15 November 2009. In total, 9,321 votes were cast.

KiwiSavers have now voted for the KiwiSaver Scheme that they believe has done the best job of communicating with its members. That communication could have taken any form – printed materials such as an Investment Statement or Annual Report, as well as campaigns undertaken to generally inform or educate.
