Hazel Bateman, Associate Professor of Economics, Director, Centre for Pensions and Superannuation, The University of New South Wales will speak on how behavioural finance assists us better understand how these important retirement and financial planning decisions are made, how people use the information presented to them, and how decisions could be modified by changing the format or emphasis of the background information and choice menus.
