ASFONZ Special General Meeting

This SGM of ASFONZ members is being called to ratify proposed changes to the ASFONZ Constitution, including a change of name and re-branding of the Association.

  1. The timing of this SGM has been set to allow members located outside Wellington to attend
  2. A form of proxy is available (please see above)
  3. Appointment of Proxies:

Rule 5.5
If any member or authorised representative is unable to attend any Annual General Meeting or Special General Meeting then the relevant Member of the Association may appoint in writing a proxy who shall have the same rights to attend, speak and vote as the person unable to attend.

Rule 5.6
Written appointments of proxies shall be delivered to the Secretary at least two working days prior to the commencement of the meeting concerned.
