ASFONZ Education Module: Best Practice Governance

This module hopes to give trustees, and other governance group members, a practical understanding of:
- Setting a code of conduct
- Managing the business plan
- Conducting effective meetings
- How to contribute effectively, work together, and obtain the best results
- How to identify risk issues and make decisions
- Selection/appointment/monitoring/challenging service providers
- Managing relationships (communication) with stakeholders
The module is presented in an interactive workshop style with attendance limited to a small number of attendees who will be provided with ample opportunity to raise issues for discussion and exchange views with fellow industry participants, facilitated by a leading industry specialist.
